COVID-19 INFORMATION

*** UPDATE ON COVID-19 FACE MASK GUIDANCE ***

FULLY VACCINATED PATRONS AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING IN THE POOL FACILITY.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health updated its universal masking requirements to say that people who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are not required to wear a face covering when indicated in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance for fully vaccinated people. The Department of Health has stated that this update applies to individuals inside and outside of local government facilities, court houses, and other government buildings.

For the Community Pool, this means that those who are fully vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) are not required to wear a face covering. All unvaccinated pool patrons and employees must continue to comply with the mandates that have been issued by the Commonwealth.

The Borough has no additional rules or regulations above and beyond what the Commonwealth requires.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
