Wine Vendor Application












Important Notes:

  • Event Date: August 25th, 2018
  • Event Duration: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • All vendors must supply their own equipment (ie: canopies, chairs, tables, etc.)
  • All vendors must provide a copy of their event liquor license before they are permitted to open.
  • All vendors must provide a copy of their event insurance policy before they are permitted to open.
  • Vendors may check-in as early as 10:30 AM on the day(s) of the event(s).
  • There are no fees taken by the Borough of Myerstown. Any and all sales made are taken by the vendor.
  • All vendors are expected to have a tasting station at their booth; age checks will be done by event staff, and all guests will get a wristband as proof of age.
