5K Race & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk
The race was held on Saturday, April 7th, beginning and ending at the William L. Derr Community Pool, on Center Street in Myerstown, PA. The course looped through the eastern side of the borough past many historic buildings and by the Tulpehocken Creek. Prizes were awarded to the top male and female finishers overall and top three male and female finishers in 7 age groups.

Night Out at the Reading Fightin' Phils!
Friday, August 10th
The Myerstown 250th Anniversary Night at the Fightin' Phils will be held at FirstEnergy Stadium in Reading and will feature postgame fireworks. The Reading Fightin' Phils will host the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Gates at the stadium will open at 5:00 p.m., with the game starting at 7:05 p.m.
This unique 250th Anniversary event will provide sponsoring businesses with the opportunity to distribute a large number of free tickets for this game to their customers, vendors, employees and/or members of the public and the chance for extensive exposure for their business prior to and at the Fightin Phils game in Reading.
